For order help, include your order number and a short description of the issue. Please do not include payment-card details.

Download and printing help

Our current collection contains digital artwork for 4 × 5-inch mini prints. No physical print or frame is included. After payment, use the download link sent to your checkout email, unzip the package, and read PRINTING-GUIDE.txt.

Print at the size stated in the listing using high-quality settings and matte paper. Colors can vary between screens, paper and printers. Printing costs are separate.

If your download email is missing, check your spam folder, then contact us. For a damaged file, duplicate purchase or another order issue, email us so we can review it.
